Certification of Documents and Affidavits

The Consular Section certifies legal documents and affidavits for official use in Eswatini and abroad.

Requirements

• Email the Consular Section briefly explaining the purpose of the certification and destination of the document.
• Attach copies of your Passport and National ID Card.
• Ensure all deponent sections are signed prior to submission.
• Send scanned copies for preliminary review before the appointment.

Affidavits must follow legally recognised formats with clear signatory fields for both the applicant and host country authorities.
