Beyond its bilateral duties, the Mission also represents Eswatini at esteemed multilateral institutions, including the Commonwealth and the International Sugar Organization.

HIGH COMMISSIONER PROFILE

H.E. THANDAZILE MBUYISA – High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Eswatini

High Commissioner Thandazile Mbuyisa represents the Kingdom of Eswatini in London with a distinguished career spanning over 11 years in the Diplomatic Foreign  Service. Her expertise and dedication are evident in her impressive track record, making her a key figure in advancing the interests of Eswatini on the international stage. H.E. Thandazile Mbuyisa holds a Graduate Certificate in International Studies in Diplomacy from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of Eswatini. This solid educational foundation, coupled with her extensive experience, equips her with a profound understanding of the complexities of international relations and has put her at a unique vantage point to champion the interests of Emaswati in the region the High Commission is accredited to.

Since her appointment as High Commissioner in London, Her Excellency has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. Her previous roles include serving as First Secretary Administration at the Permanent Mission of Eswatini to the United Nations, where she played a pivotal role in addressing humanitarian and human rights issues. Her strategic insights were invaluable during her tenure as First Secretary Political at the High Commission in Pretoria, where she provided crucial advice on political, economic, and social matters.
